NVStack ("we", "our", "us") provides the Sprint Health Planner app for Jira.

1. Data we access
Our app accesses data from your Jira instance, including:
- Sprint data
- Issue data (e.g., story points)
- Board and project information
- User display names (for team configuration)

2. Data we store
We store limited configuration data necessary for the app to function, such as:
- Team configuration
- Availability settings (e.g., days off)
- Calculated metrics for performance optimization

We do NOT store:
- Issue descriptions
- Comments
- Sensitive personal data

3. Data usage
Data is used solely to:
- Calculate sprint capacity
- Display workload vs capacity insights
- Improve planning accuracy

4. Data sharing
We do NOT sell, share, or transfer your data to third parties.

5. Data storage
All data is stored using Atlassian Forge storage and remains within Atlassian infrastructure.

6. Data retention
Data is retained only as long as necessary for app functionality and can be removed upon app uninstallation.

7. Security
We rely on Atlassian Forge security standards to protect data.
